- On our website, the password for your social media account is never requested. To use our services, it is sufficient to share the profile or post url to which followers, likes, comments etc. will be sent. We definitely do not want the password of your social media account, and stay away from platforms that do! It puts your account at risk. Since we do not request a password from you, there can never be a case of your account being stolen from our system.
- If there is conflicting information regarding packages and descriptions, the customer should ask for confirmation before ordering. For example, in a case where it says "refill guaranteed" in the title and refill non-guaranteed" in the description, the customer should request clear information and then make an order.
- If there is no "refill" information on the description of the packages, it means that is out off refill guarantee
- before your order is completed, İf you order again from the same service on the same URL, an error will occur in the system since your orders will conflict. There will be incomplete delivery, and the customer is responsible for any loss of money. You must make a single order at the same time, from the same service, on the same link. For example, if you ordered followers for a profile, you cannot open a new follower order for that profile until your first follower order is completed. There is no harm in making different orders such as tracking and commenting on the same post at the same time. A similar situation applies to the refilling process, while there is an active refilling process, an order that will conflict with it should not be made.
- While your profile is private or your post is confidential (for example, if you have hidden the number of Instagram likes), your order cannot be completed and your payment will not be refunded to you. Make your account and public and create your order that way
- Unless otherwise stated in the service description, the profile link or user name must be entered in the link field when ordering followers, and the link of the post must be entered for the order services such as likes, comments, and views. The responsibility for all kinds of problems in the orders placed without paying attention to this rule belongs to the customer.
- After the order is made, you should not make any account, post or ID changes and hide your account. After your order is completed, you can do all these operations. In any change that will prevent the completion of the order, the responsibility belongs to the customer.
- Services that are not specified as "refill guaranteed" are not guaranteed in any way. Regardless of the amount of drops, you are not entitled to a refund. If you do not want to take the risk of drops, we recommend that you use "refill guaranteed" services.
- Orders will be completed within 24 hours at the latest under normal conditions. In cases exceeding 24 hours, you can contact us and get support. The completion time may vary depending on the service intensity. In addition, there may be slowdowns and pauses caused by social media's own infrastructure updates, which are not in our hands. The customer accepts the possibility of such situations when making an order.
- In the case of accounts with illegal content, gambling and inappropriate content use the service, all responsibility is the customer's.
- Payments made by the customer can only be refunded if problems occur in our services that cannot be resolved by us, they are not refunded in any other way.
- In case of incorrectly made orders, the system tries to process the order for a while, and if no action can be taken afterwards, the order is put into the "completed" status, even if the error related to the order is not corrected by the customer. In case of errors caused by the customer, if the order has not been processed and has not caused any money loss on behalf of us, We may reprocess the order if the customer informs us after correcting the error related to the order. There is no refund of the payment for order errors caused by the customer. In addition, if the customer's fault has caused money loss on behalf of us, the responsibility belongs to the customer.
- The refill system works by controlling the starting and ending quantities of the order. For example, when you had 10000 followers, you ordered 2000 more followers, you had 12000 followers and the system completed the order. Every time your follower count drops, the refill system works to make 12000 followers again. If there are more than 12000 followers, the refill system will not work. In addition, refill system will not work when your follower count drops below 10000. Because it shows that the decrease is due to previous followers that you did not buy from us . In other words, for the refill system to work, the current amount must be between the start and end values in that order. If you make another order and got 5000 more followers. You have 17000 followers, the refill of the old order will not work until it drops below 12000 followers, after new order, if it drops below 17000 you have to request refilling from the new order.
- In order to avoid problems in the refill system, it will be good for you to get followers in one order, not piecemeal. In addition, if the refill system does not work due to followers or interactions obtained from different sources, the responsibility belongs to the customer. In order for the refill guarantee to be valid, followers should not be uploaded from different sources afterwards.
- While there is an active refilling process for a profile, an order that will conflict with that process should not be made. For example, if your follower refilling is in progress, you cannot order followers. It conflicts and causes incomplete delivering, the responsibility belongs to the customer. Refilling is provided for the time given in the package description, after the warranty ends and we are not responsible for any drops. Account name, ID number, url etc. changes void the refill guarantee. The processing time of the refilling can take up to 48 hours. You can send a notification again for the amount not refilled within this period.
- Services are real, bot users are mixed. There is no guarantee that followers and interactions on your order will be real and active accounts.
- There is no guarantee that the interactions will get your post to discover page in social media.
- Provided followers and interactions may all drop due to social media spam filters, there is no guarantee of drop rate.
- The customer is responsible for the money losses that may occur due to errors caused by the customer during the payment process.
- The customer should share correct contact information and check her/his e-mail box (including spam box).
- If there is an error caused by the system (order not sent, incorrect delivery, etc.), the customer must inform within 3 working days. It is the customer's responsibility to track the status of his order.
- We will not be held responsible for any negativity in your social media account. All responsibility belongs to the customer.
- We reserve the right to change the rules without any notice.
